Lift Lifting

What are your favorite lifts for the back?
When you work your back at the gym, what are your favorite lifts? Lifts for lower back, middle back, Lats.
Today I’m going to do:
Deadlifts
Dumbbell rows
T-Bar Rows…
Haven’t decided on the rest, help me out!
bent over rows > deadlifts
dumbell rows are certainly good
upright rows (they also hit your shoulder fyi)
shrugs (again also hit shoulders)
pullups….i do a variation of them…mixing them up weekly
chinups,widegrip.mixed grip, generic pullups.
